This is our tradition that in November we select non-commissioned officer of the year from all NCOs.

What is more, this honour is very important because selection is made in secret voting by non-professional officers. In this year, that honour was given to senior warrant officer Wieslaw KALINSKI from maintenance team, and his profile is in chapter "People".
